Curriculum Return Policy

Stepping Stones is happy to accept returns on the curriculum if you are not 100% satisfied with it for any reason. Due to the nature of the product and shipping costs, we will return your order minus a 20% restocking fee. Please contact mary.stone@steppingstonesed.com with any issues!

Personalized Books Return Policy

Stepping Stones currently uses a print on demand model for our personalized books, which means when you order a personalized book for your child or student, we have it printed fresh, just for them!

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your book to be printed and reach your door. We promise it'll be worth the wait!

This also means we cannot accept returns for reasons like buyer's remorse or you provided us with incorrect information for the book so please pay attention to the personalization worksheet when placing your order!

If you encounter other issues, like a book was misprinted from our end or it arrived damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible at mary.stone@steppingstonesed.com.
